MY WIFE WENT TO SCHOOL WITH A BOY NAMED JAMES CLEATOR. THE TOWN WAS NAMED AFTER HIS GRANDFATHER.AS TO THE CONDITION OF THE TOWN . MY ADVICE IS TO GO THERE. SUPRISINGLY THERE IS PEOPLE IN THAT THERE TOWN

There is a bar in Cleator. They do have a phone, I don't know the phone number but I'm sure information can provide it for you.
I believe it is called Cleator bar. The area code for the area is either 623 or 520 the town is located right between those two area codes.
You may also try calling Realty Coral in Black Canyon City and talk to Linda her family is very familiar to the people in that area.

My suggestion would be to locate the property in question on a really good map so as to be able to have a correct legal description. S E 1/4 Of N E 1/2 etc. including the proper baseline & meridian. Take this info to the County Court Clerk to obtain the name/s of legal owners, & of course addresses as they may have tax papers mailed to another address. GL & HH

If I'm not mistaken, the gentleman that owns the bar owns the town, and was born & raised there. Like I said If I'm not mistaken.
