Good morning! I am currently in pre-production on a student film adaptation of Stephen King's The Gunslinger. I am currently trying to find a suitable ghost town for the setting of the town of Tull. If you've read the book, all the better. If not, basically it's surrounded on all sides by endless desert (Death Valley is where I've been looking but I can't find anything yet) and it is falling apart. Ten years after the events in the book, the buildings would probably have been claimed by the desert. But there have to be at least a few intact buildings, because even though the town is dying, there are still many inhabitants.

The town would only be for exterior shots, since the buildings I would want would probably be unsafe to enter. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
