View Full Version : A Treasure Hunt and Ghost Towns

Hello! I'm hoping someone might be able to help me here. I'm involved in a Buried Treasure Game. Some of the clues/questions in the game involve Ghost Towns and Old Railroad Stations. I need to find the specific area (state, and even county, if anyone knows it) of these towns or the name of an Old Railroad Station that the clues are pointing towards.

Here are the clues, exactly as is in the book:

Old Railroad Stations/Ghost Towns:

#49) Dana, Creamery, Harwods, Dawson, Thayer, Glenwood, Globe Village

#51) Swallow Falls, Merrill, Frankville, Streckers, Big Curves, Wallman Dodson

#53) Skinner, Beaverpond, Tim, Redington, Sanders, Bemis, Summit

#54) Skerry, Morris, Hurd, Goodwin, Roberts, Daggett, Walker

I need the actual town on this one:

#71) Less than 20 miles long, once populated by hundreds of people, ghost town, many shipwrecks, established 1753, last two residents left in January of 1971

Any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated! :D

Thank you!
