While I respect the 1st amendment, it seems to me that you might consider deleting messages which promote the violation of law, i.e. trespassing, getting drunk before trespassing, getting high before trespassing, etc. I really am not interested in meeting up with those types of folks. either over the net or in the field, nor do I think it appropriate to give them a forum where folks look to do the right and law abiding thing in searching for the past. Perhaps others agree. OJ

I hear you Johnnie, but for my part, they can go to www.cemetarydesecration.com (http://www.cemetarydesecration.com) or www.publicpropertyvandalism.com (http://www.publicpropertyvandalism.com). OJ

The First Amendment has absolutely nothing to do with a privately run forum. Delete away.

Monk: I tend to agree with you. Note the word TEND. Without getting into some off the wall discussion, law about the internet and cyberspace is evolving. At any rate, I have no doubt the webmaster today can delete that which he/she wishes. Note the word TODAY. OJ
