Cecile, reviewed your Thanksgiving post too late to go scare up a Jackrabbit. They were very plentiful in Central Oklahoma when I was a kid in the 50s. Now-a-days I expect one would substitute about three cotton-tails for one Jackrabbit. I wonder what store bought rabbit would cook up like. Come to think about it, I don't recall seeing any in stores for a while. Where's my old .410?? OJ
