Colorado Ghost Towns

Can anyone tell me what's with the ghost town of Summitville, Rio Grande Co., Colorado? There look's if there's modern Mining going on there?

Summitville is the site of a Government Cleanup. So what you see is not new mining but clean up efforts. I do have on my site some of the buildings from the old ghost towns.
