We're still in the High Sierras with plenty of thunder"bumpers", but are wondering about access to Johnny Ringos gravesite. I understand it's on private property. We'd like to visit when we get back home to Az.,,,,,,,,,,,,

Flatiron: I assume you have directions. Four and one/half miles east of intersection of Az Hwy 181 and Az Hwy 186. Left side of road near Sanders' Ranch or home. Try Jerry/Jacalyn Sanders in Pearce, AZ. If I was going to hunt for them, I'd start with the Sunizona Motel, East of Pearce. Phone # , I think, is, or was, (520) 824-2233. Let me know how you do. OJ.............How the heck do you come up with all this information? I will definitely contact the owners before going. Amazing.

May not be the owners, but can help find their #. The motel is close to site, if it's still in operation. Info from a couple of calls associated those folks with that business. Mike

The owners conduct a tour to his grave every year on the anniversary of his death.

Thanks for the welcome.

You're the first one to get the "Theresagram" thing.

Why can't I post in some of the threads?

So that is why I can post in this thread and not in another I was trying to post in?

I was there 2 yeaars ago. No reservations required. The grave site is marked & open to visitors, free anytime. If you must bother Jerry in the house at least bring him a carton of Marlboro's.
