I visited Copper Creek with two friends back in 1989. The large structure is known as Sibley Castle. Just wondered what condition it is in now.

As of about 3 years ago it consisted of the stone walls only. No roof & nothing wood was left. The old company store across the creek was the same. That sure is a beautiful spot though.
TWI have to agree 100%. I remember hiking up the creek, and suddenly encountering shade trees and grass, and though the trees, the ghost of the old mansion showing through in spaces between the branches.

About the same as in my photos on the Copper Creek page (http://www.ghosttowns.com/states/az/coppercreek.html) of the website? Actually, my friend's photos; my film jammed in my camera that day and I borrowed his negatives to get prints.
