Mineral City, ID

I recently visited Mineral City, ID (might just be named Mineral, not sure...) and spent about a day exploring the remains of the town & the surrounding mines. I've tried to find some information on the area, but have found only a short paragraph on the history of the area. I was wondering if any of you know anything about this old town? I'm interested in setting up a web page with pics and info on this ghost town, since there seems to be nothing out there already. It would be a shame to let this place be wiped from history, I just want to gather some information for my own curiosity and anyone else interested in this area. Any info at all would be greatly appreciated.

you can find information on this town in two old books. Ghost Towns of Idaho by Donald C. Miller and Southern Idaho Ghost Towns by Wayne Sparling.
