There is some misinformation on the posting for Enfield, Dana, Greenwich & Prescott MA ( the towns that were "discontinued" in the 1930's, so that the area could be flooded for the Quabbin Reservoir which supplies Boston MA, 60+ miles away).

The postings for these towns say:
Enfield was relocated just across the border and is now the very-alive town of Enfield Connecticut.

Enfield CT would probably take umbrage at that since, Enfield CT was settled in 1679, incorporated in Massachusetts in 1683, and in 1749 the town seceded and became part of Connecticut.

All of which happened long, long before Enfield MA, 25 miles away, became a ghost town.
