: Looks like that while I was gone having fun, bad bob has been dodging verbally acidic missles aimed at him by those whom I wonder how or why they even found this site. Seems like these adolescents (or adolescent minded) that posted these would not be interested in such an on-line culture nurtured by true ghost town fans, history buffs and researchers.

: Buckskin is northeast of Orovada, Nevada (or southeast of McDermitt) in the Santa Rosa Mountains. It is located on the east slope of Buckskin Mt., 8,743' elevation. There are mines on the top of the mountain, the main townsite is below about a mile. Good roads, though I'd recommend a 4x4 for the trip from Windy Gap to Buckskin.
