: A couple of ideas of people to talk to: the local historical preservation society and the local chapter of the Clampers (E Clampus Vitus). Both should be able to help you out with restoring old historical buildings, both with funding and labor. Good luck!

: I would suggest one of the Historical Societies, county or state. personally i don't care for bureaucratic in put.
