: Ruby Mountains and was the site of a gold mine

: owned and operated by Newmont Mining Corp. It has

: wonerful hunting and fishing. I was there in 1976

: and some of the old timers I knew when I was a child

: were still living there. The mine closed in

: 1941 and yet a few people stayed. It is a living

: ghost town. swinging door saloon, board sidewalks

: very picturesque.
