    The book is out of print and has been for many years. It is still the best book on Ohio post offices but is now very difficult to find.
    Your best bet is to check stamp literature dealers. Dealer James Lee recently had a copy for sale for $75. See http://www.jameslee.com/.

    who was the publisher on the above book? The Toledo, oh Library has a copy. it is located on the 3rd floor and it is at the desk.
