Cool Looking To Purchase Land in Colorado

My wife and I are looking to purchase vacant (can be raw, wooded, hilly, remote) land in Colorado. Prefer something that's not especially steep throughout the entire parcel. 100% mineral rights are preferable as well and patented mining claims (even if less-than-profitable) are welcome, too. We are willing to spend up to $100,000 for that perfect piece of property. We especiallylike the Silverton/Creede/Lake City/Durango/Telluride/Ouray area. Not interested in purchasing an UNpatented mining claim - I want to build on this property. My e-mail address is: BruceDaCat@aol.com. Be sure to denote "Colorado Land" (or something similar) in the heading, please. I get A LOT of spam and junk e-mails that I often delete, and I wouldn't want yours to be in that bunch. Thanks for reading my LONG post!

Hi Ron, We have several mining properties in Colorado (both patented and unpatented) Check out our web site GRUBSTAKER.COM, then give us a call. You might want to check out the Silverton Group.
