These lots in Turret, CO:

The family and I drove up there today, and noticed that everything is still for sale. Gotta be honest here; it is perfect for someone trying to "get away" from the modern world.

Understanding that there is no electric service up there, and it has been on the market for awhile now, how much are you asking for the post office? I noticed that it did have a modern water holding tank and a septic. The two side cabins, are they hooked into the septic?

I am hoping we could come to a mutual agreement with one of your lots.

Thank you.

We also own the last Post Office in Turret which we restored in 2000. It is a good example of what can be done with these Historic buildings. Health issues prevent us from restoring the one for sale.
