    From what I understand, the first lesson is ALWAYS this one: Chum is confined to the bow section of the boat. That's right, you never want to take chum in the stern...

    It just depends on which part of the country you are fishing in at the time. I hear those North Western long shore men know how to land the big ones with little effort. Which is good, cause it sucks fighting a pole for 5 hours to find out you landed a chubbie

    GaryB ......................Sometimes you fight the pole for 5 hours or more and get lucky and land a red snapper. Bump,didity bump.....
