There were 3 wells that served the Tip Top town. This picture looks down inside the well which is located approx 100 ft. south of the Tip Top mine Arizona private property. The well is on the bank of Cottonwood Creek.

Is this town still for sale ? I am looking to buy a town.Yes the whole town. I prefer that nobody live there and as few buildings as possible. I would like a old post office with ZIP code.Beggars can not be choosers. I want to be the mayor, fireman, policeman, cook and bottlewasher. Does anybody have a town they are looking to sell? My second choice would be to if somebody would be intrested in leasing me the land for a long period of time for the next 15 years. Have no real intrest in the ore in the ground do not need those rights. Would also settle for a village. Please give me some suggestions.
