Found this bit of information in an earlier post about a killing at Tip Top in 1883. Very interesting. Click on link below.

Does anyone know if TipTop has been burned by the major fire (Gladiator fire) that is currently burning in the AZ Bradshaw Mountains?

The May 2012 GLADIATOR fire in the Bradshaw Mountains spared both Tip Top and Crown King!

Default For sale: Historic TIP TOP mine & ghost town located in Yavapai County, Arizona.

I want to collect some information about Historic TIP TOP mine and ghost town it is still available for sale s of last years. I need exact price which is feel and create relaxation on my mind because it is my business. Remains of some buildings (in the downtown area) dating back to the 1880's and remains of the old mill are on the property. There is a head frame over the main mine shaft. Cottonwood Creek with remains of a well on its bank runs through the property. Hundreds of large saguaro cacti are also on the property. The mine produced over million (in late 1800's money) in silver ore prior to 1900. A 4x4 vehicle is necessary to access the property.
