    Default For Washington GTers

I found this site about abandoned trails. It seems to have pretty good info and may help find something! Many townsites and mines are referenced.
Also, any of you ahve the Discovering Washington's Historic Mines series? This is a great reference for mines and adjacent townsites. Not only are directions and descriptions given, but difficulty, dangers and mine conditions.

Since I am too old, fat, parental and undermotivated to change the above, I'll let y'all do the hiking and sit back to listen to your stories!!

That's a GREAT site, I wish I could find similar information for Arizona. I like the rating system and information on trail conditions. It would help to know how many Wheaties one needs to eat before heading out. (or in my case, how much Geritol)
