Default Anyone ever lived in or owned a ghost town?

    ^ Title says it all.

(Oops, sorry for the typo in the title, 'a' should be switched three words to the left.)

    Well I take it that's a "no".

    Thought I'd try anyway. (:

Actually, I just saw this. I spend a lot of time at my friend, Mike Patterson's ghosttown. It's like being caught between centuries and I love it!

    Default Owned ghost town

My uncle had a few on his ranch and the one I often stayed in (sleeping in the hotel) was White Hills north of Kingman Arizona. But it is gone now.
And I have slept in a few in our tent here in New Mexico. The largest town we ever went to that was mostly intact and stayed in was in Arizona a year ago.
It was in the mountains, but I we did not know its name as we were driving down a 4 wheel drive road when we came upon it and found a nice place to pitch our tent and stay over night.

there's only one thriving mining town in the mountains.. Jerome AZ, the road you took, would be more than likely perkinsville road... 160,161 i think are the number designations....

I don't know about the "only" part, but I sure enjoyed Bisbee when I was there a couple of months ago. I wish I had more time to stay and poke around.
