this is a cool post man! I just loaded up all my guns and photo's of old muscle cars that I have owned over the years and I'm here!

I'm a firm believer that the gun laws do nothing more but place restrictions on honest hard working collectors and those exersizing their rights to bare arms. Those same restrictions do nothing to remove them from the corner thug who trades a oz of heroin for a throw away 9mm then proceeds to drive down the street triggering holes in everyone who looks at him wrong! Im not much of a collector, but I do use my firearms as a tool for my employment and for protection, and because our forefathers gave us the right to own them!

As for my previous rides... back in the day my nick name was "high desert shifter" my all time favorite was my 1968 Plymouth Roadrunner with 383mag. hurst pistol grip 4 speed w/ posi. you could find it parked at the local 7-11 any night of the week as I loaded up with slurpee's, I also owned my share of Mustangs, Chevelle's, Camaro's, Nova's. you'll never guess what I drive now?.... A flippin Ford Van! haha.

Drifter................When I had my 66' Mustang GT with the 289 HiPo engine, I got dusted by a 68' Roadrunner with the 383 mag. I bet you used to spend a few nights out at Tully Rd. burning the tires off that pig. eh? A friend of mine (very late 50's) just bought a brand spankin' new Roush Mustang in dark blue metallic. Wow. It sure takes me back to what I now call the "good ole days". I didn't think so at the time, but life was pretty rosy then. Little was I to know what was coming just a few years later....
