Default completely uninhabitated ghost town in NM

Hi, I'm new to this site and I was wondering if anyone knows any completely uninhabitated of people that I can visit in NM.
I would want to be able to explore without caretakers constantly following me

Old Hatchita, completely uninhabited and the most extensive of such that I've seen. At least it was the last time I saw it in 1989, but understand still to be.
