I had several experiences while living in Thailand that completely changed the way I view the supernatural. Far too long a story to write down here, the thing I'd note is that the 'environment' would appear to have a big influence over the occurence and frequency of these phenomena and I don't mean the physical environment entirely, although it can play a part.
The entire atmosphere of Thailand - religious/spiritual, esoteric, philosophic, artistic, the commonplace - it's all in a framework of intense spirituality that accepts these things as natural and normal. As such, they happen with great frequency. What we, the Anglo-European, Judeo-Christian based culture accept as "normal", is NOT normal there. Conversely, what they take for granted is considered "out there" by us. It's the environment created by a shared belief system.
Again , refering to that JudeoChristian heritage we share, Asia is the very definition of the word "pagan". You better believe things go bump in the night there!
In that atmosphere, I experienced some things that, literaly, turned my hair grey and made me question my entire "take" on spirits, etc.

I must tell you about the time.......

Sometimes you have to give ole' Gravelrash (Pete) some time to respond.

See, he's in Australia, and all the blood rushes to his head from being upside-down all the time.

Or it could be Koala bear flu again.

Plus his convenience store, (which he is currently trying to sell in order to make the trip here to the US), bogs him down having to be there endless hours, often with little or no relief.

    Stay!

Just think, you could drive Chevrolets all-day-long. While you look for ghost town sites, of course.
