Pete is heading here for a well-earned vacation to take in the vast scenic glory of these United States, and to visit as many gt's as humanly possible in the time he has alotted.

But I, (and whoever else is interested) am plannning to "browbeat" him into making the US his permanent home.

Ah yes, the HSV "ute" (Holden Special vehicles). You have taste, Brian!
Ute's are the original redneck staple, of course, but they are gaining a fair bit of cache these days.
Gary - You know I'd bring you one, if I could. Doncha!?
I'm after a 'flatbed Ford' myself, as in...."it's a girl, my Lord....slowing down to take a look at me."
Of course, if it happens that I I'm seen hitch-hiking through Winslow, these days, you would be right in guessing that plans had gone somewhat awry.....
or Bob's in the slammer. One or t'other.
    Is America ready for this?

Sounds like a plan I can get behind!

I'd love the opportunity, let's just say. I am most definitely working on it. I think my feelings about America are quite clear, by now.

On a bit of a tangent, did anyone see this.......?

Ok, Ok....I'll give it a bash but not today. I need a bit of clear space in front of me if I want to do this some justice and, as Bob says, I'm working very long hours at the moment, so maybe thiis weekend???

    ****, talk about pressure!

A Holden would be nice, only in Blue. I get pulled over enough in my red Gran Torino Sport

I was thinking more of a Falcon. Say a Falcon Typhoon.

THANK YOU so much for posting that link!! I used to post on that forum a couple of years ago, but for one reason or another, I stopped. I wonder if they still have my account active?

Again, thank you so much for your post.

Checked for my account, I don't see it and it seems that this forum is different than before. Hmm...oh well. Guess I have to register again. Thanks!

We already have a Holden over here, but they call it the GTO. Needless to say, it didn't go over too well here. And SUV's and Trucks are meant to be lifted!
