Default So, what's Yuma like today?

Saw the 3:10 to Yuma movie.

What's it like in the present? Many historical buildings preserved?

Well, they filmed it in New Mexico. Contention City doesn't have much of anything left. I went there the other month. The adobe ruins are almost gone.

Supposedly they had moved across the San Pedro for the railroads, but I haven't heard of anything being found on the West Bank, just the East.
Bisbee is still there and is a decent town, but by no means a ghost.

As for Yuma itself, the historical Yuma State Prison is a popular attraction. The section that was built by the prisoners about 1850 was still open last I heard.

I have relatives who live in Yuma. There are some historic buildings there, in particular the already mentioned territorial prison and Ft. Yuma.
