Default Little town in the badlands

My family and I are thinking about selling our town. Does anyone happen to know of someone who specializes in selling towns. Any help would be appreciated.

    Default Crazy Idea!!

How about a realestate agent, or if you really like everyone do a doller auction in Aussie dollers
In australia we would get a realestate that specialises in commercial sales and rental. What about e-bay,
    so many options

Well we want to hire a real estate agent just one with some experience in selling a town. Everyone we've talked to don't seem to know where to start.

This shouldn't be any different from buying/selling property or a house.
You might try Century 21,or Prudential.
Might also try United Farm Agency.(this one, might have changed the name of the agency)
The basic idea,is to get it listed.

What's the name of this little town you wish to sell?

I'm originally from SD, born in Pierre, raised in Huron, and have been thru Wall several times.

I'm sure you know Wall Drug is world famous now, but when we first went thru there (about 1956), it was just a small place offering free ice water to hwy travellers.

The town is Scenic. Some one has actually posted pictures of some of our old buildings on this web site. We are 32 miles from Wall. LOL oh yeah I know the good ol' tourist trap of Wall Drug! It seems to grow a little more all the time.

Delores Steele shot those pics, and I believe she has submitted the most photos to this site when it 1st began(Mar 1998). Delores is not an active member in here. Todd (webmaster) asks anyone with knowledge of Scenic's history to submit it, so it can be added to those photos.

Curious if the town still looks pretty much the same as in the photos, as they were taken some time ago.
Also, to get to Wall without going all the way around is a dirt ? road...Sage Creek Rd??? Or is this a decent gravel road?

A lot is the same, but some of the buildings she has pictured have been torn down. There are several things that are not pictured on here either.

The road to Wall is Sage Creek Rd. It's a decent road. We drive it quite often.
