She even took me to a small graveyard where some Native American family was buried. This was somewhere around 193rd and 131st. When we went it was in a secluded field, but now they've built a housing addition back there and it's in the middle of the housing addition.
After revisiting the subject with my wife last night, the town that was between Broken Arrow and Coweta was called Weer (sometimes Weir). There's not much of it left, and certainly nothing like what the OP was talking about. As much as I'd like to believe the original description, given what I know of the area, and the OP's failure to provide a more detailed description of its location after a year, leads me to conclude it was BS. Too bad...

    Some info on Weer: http://www.waymarking.com/waymarks/WMV6C_Weer_OK

Likely the creek he describes is Broken Arrow Creek, which was likely the site of the grist mill, and according to the description, bootlegger hideouts, but the description of remnants by the original poster seems greatly exaggerated.
    Easily distracted.

Default Ghost town between Broken Arrow and Coweta, Oklahoma

Could it be between Bixby and Stonebluff??? Just south of the Arkansas River, near the Tulsa/Wagoner county line.

Impossible to say. The OP never followed up. I come back to this thread every couple of months hoping to find out more but it seems to be a dead end. There's A LOT of woods between Broken Arrow and Bixby/Stonebluff along the Arkansas, if this place DOES exist it may be impossible to find it.
