    Default Joe And JFK Were Cowboys...

    Not a well known fact that JFK and brother Joe worked as ranch hands at the J-Six Ranch near Benson when they were both quite young. What I wonder is if that ranch still exists.

    Like most old Arizona ranches the j-6 has been sold to a developer & broken up into home lots. The land became too valuable during the real estate boom & rather than pay rising property taxes the owners sold.
