Every year our family looks forward to Christmas family dinner at our parent's place. It's a sort of mini reunion for the five children and families of the Clementine family. It's always my Mom and Dad's favorite time of the year. But in March of this year, our mother was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's disease. It's always Mom who plans for the Christmas dinner, but with this present medical condition, it will be left to the rest of us to prepare everything. We are all scattered around the country and with our hectic schedules, the only thing that I can think right now is to order pre-cooked dinner. But my elder sister won't allow it. Any good suggestions to make this work for everyone, especially our parents?
